Privacy policy

Effective 1 November 2026

This policy covers zeroormore.com and the apps made by Zero or More LLC (“we”). The principle is the same everywhere: we collect as little as possible, and nothing we do not need to run the product. Each app has its own section below, saying exactly what it does.

This website

zeroormore.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no forms and loads nothing from third parties. It is served by Google’s Firebase Hosting, which, like any web host, processes your IP address and the pages requested in order to deliver them. The only data we ever receive from the site is what you choose to send us by email.

Dueling Backgammon

Dueling Backgammon is a backgammon app for iPhone and the web. It collects no personal data.

What it does not collect

What stays on your device

Your games, settings, statistics and lesson progress are stored only on your device, in the app’s local storage. The computer opponent and the hints run on your device as well. Nothing is sent to us. You can delete this data at any time: reset statistics and clear game history in the app, clear the website data in your browser, or delete the app.

Purchases

A subscription bought in the iPhone app is paid through Apple under Apple’s privacy policy; we never see your payment details. To know whether a subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier generated on your device and the purchase receipt from Apple, nothing else: no name, no email, no game data. RevenueCat’s own policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy. The web version has no purchases and sends nothing.

Children

Dueling Backgammon is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, children included.

Dueling Gin Rummy

Dueling Gin Rummy is a gin rummy app for iPhone and iPad, played against the computer. It collects no personal data.

What it does not collect

What stays on your device

Your hands, matches, settings, statistics and lesson progress are stored only on your device. The computer opponent runs on your device too. Nothing is sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center on your device, after your first play of each day’s Daily Deal the app sends Apple’s Game Center two scores: that you played the deal and, if you won, your points. That is how the app can show how many players beat the computer that day. Game Center is run by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy, and we see only the totals Apple shows to every player. If you are not signed in to Game Center, nothing is sent. The app never asks you to sign in.

Reminders and sharing

If you turn on the Daily Deal reminder, the notification is scheduled on your device; no server is involved. If you share a result, your device’s share sheet sends it where you choose; we do not receive it.

Purchases

Dueling Gin Rummy Pro is bought through Apple under Apple’s privacy policy, and we never see your payment details. The app asks Apple directly whether Pro is active. No other service is involved.

Children

Dueling Gin Rummy is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. If any product ever starts collecting data, this page will say so before it happens.
