These terms apply to zeroormore.com and to the apps made by Zero or More LLC (“we”). By using them you agree to these terms. Each app has its own section below for what applies only to it.
Using our apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps for your own purposes. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them or their content, or try to extract their source code except where the law allows it. If you downloaded an app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Dueling Backgammon
A game, not gambling
Dueling Backgammon is played for points only. It offers no real-money play, no betting and no prizes. “Money game” is the standard name of a scoring format and involves no money.
Pro purchases
Dueling Backgammon Pro is bought through the App Store, either as an auto-renewing yearly subscription or as a one-time purchase. The price is shown before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation.
The yearly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings.
The one-time purchase unlocks Pro for as long as Dueling Backgammon is available on the App Store, with no further payments. It is tied to your Apple account and can be restored on your other devices with “Restore purchases”. It is not a promise of future features or of support for future iOS versions.
Refunds for either purchase are handled by Apple under its policies.
Lessons and analysis
Lessons, hints and game reviews are for learning. They come from a computer engine and our own explanations, which are usually right but not always, and they are not professional advice of any kind.
Open-source software
Dueling Backgammon includes open-source software, listed with its licences on the app’s About page. Those licences apply to those components.
Dueling Gin Rummy

Dueling Gin Rummy Pro is bought through the App Store, either as an auto-renewing yearly subscription or as a one-time purchase. The price is shown before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation.
The yearly subscription can start with a free trial of 7 days, once per Apple account. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and renews every year at the price shown, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings.
The one-time purchase unlocks Pro for as long as Dueling Gin Rummy is available on the App Store, with no further payments. It is tied to your Apple account and can be restored on your other devices with “Restore purchases”. It does not cancel a yearly subscription you already have; cancel that in your Apple account settings. It is not a promise of future features or of support for future iOS versions.
Refunds for either purchase are handled by Apple under its policies.
The free tier
Without Pro, you can play the Daily Deal every day and two more hands a day, at every level. We may change what the free tier includes; a purchase already made keeps what it unlocked.
Fair play
Every deal is random, and the computer sees only what a player in its seat could see. The app shows the details on its Fair play page.
No warranty
Our apps and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that they will be free of errors or always available. Where an app stores your data on your device, we cannot recover it if it is lost.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Zero or More LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps or this website, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using our apps after a change, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
